The following fee schedule  was approved by the Elkader Fitness  Board of Directors Important: these online payment plans are subscriptions. Your credit card on record will be automatically charged at the time of your membership renewal.  You will receive notification from Pay Pal by email at the time of renewal.  You may cancel your plan at any time prior to the renewal date, by clicking on the unsuscribe button.  Membership plans are non refundable however if your membership plan has been automatically renewed and you did not intend to renew your plan please contact us.

All payments are non refundable. The  subscribe button will lead you to a credit card processing interface by PayPal.    Then you can enter your credit card information.  Upon a successful charge you will return to this website. You will be emailed a receipt for your subscription. Your credit card will automatically be charged at time of renewal.
