Elkader Fitness 8 Week Class Schedule (April 1 - May 26)
You do not have to be a member to take classes - everyone welcome. Please contact an instructor for more information or to sign up for a class.
All class participants must complete a Fitness Class Contract. View and Print Liability and Release Forms must also be completed.
MORNING CLASSES
Crossfit for beginners - Monday 5:30-6:30am This is a beginner fitness level class. The workouts will be low impact cardio and light weights. Perfect class for all ages and body types.
Kettlebell/Toning - Tuesdays 5:30-6:30am This class is designed to get your heart rates up! Not for the weak of heart, you’redefinitely going to burn the calories in this hour long class. This class is taught by certified Kettlebell instructors
Bootcamp - Wednesday 5:30 - 6:30 AM
Cardio/weight training - Thursday 5:30 - 6:30 AM
Bootcamp - Friday 5:30 - 6:30 AM
Womens mix workout - Saturday 7-8 AM
Fit and Flex Monday through Thursday 9-10 AM
EVENING CLASSES
Yoga -- Tuesdays and Thursdays 5:00-6:00pm For all fitness levels. This class is taught by a certified Yoga instructor. Contact Natalia at 563.543.4747.
Crossfit -- Monday and Wednesdays 8:00-8:45pm
Mens workout - Sunday night 7-8PM - beginning April 15th
Prices: $10 for members $40 for one class non-members $55 for two classes non-members $75 for three plus classes non-members $35 for non-members to get 8 weeks of access to fitness center 24/7 Yoga prices determined by instructor
Other Info: All participants must complete a contract and fill out waiver forms. Forms are also available inside the fitness center. If you have any heart or respiratory conditions you must have a physicians release to participate in class.
